But Wait There’s More!

We ran out of time before I had a chance to cover one of my favorite ways to use a scarf: as outfit inspiration!  When I’m working with clients to create new outfits, the question, “What colors go together?” always comes up.  Scarves are a great tool to help with this common problem!  They are also great inspiration when you are tired of wearing the same things over and over.  The navy, cream, gold, and lilac outfit featured on the show was inspired by the scarf below.  The best part, I had never put these pieces together before!

Signature Style Tips to Remember:

  1. Use scarves to keep your best colors near your face.
  2. Keep face shape in mind when experimenting with full and tight-around-the-neck options.
  3. Most of the fun here and in online tutorials can be had with four main scarves: large square, long thick, long thin, and short.
